DATES CONFIRMED – FIVE SESSIONS. Some former students were keen to start a Workshopping Group and, with the winds of change blowing, this is something I am delighted to facilitate. To begin with, we’ll do a short writing warm-up, a quick refresher on an aspect of creative writing (students to choose) and then there will be a chance for two or three students per week to share work for some deep discussion and feedback. I could also offer written feedback if students would like this. I could offer a writing exercise if people need a prompt. As the consensus was to run the group on a Monday, and as there have been four Bank Holidays to fit around plus a book group using the room one Monday per month, one workshop will take place on a Bank Holiday.
Five Mondays 6.30pm-8.30pm: 27 April, 4 May (Bank Holiday), 18 May, 8 June, 15 June. Upstairs at the Shirkers Rest, 9 Lewisham Way, London SE14 6PP (right opposite Goldsmiths College).

Six two-hour Creative Writing Sessions covering Eco-Fiction, Atmospheric Settings, Mystery & Suspense, Endings and student choices from the ‘a la carte’ list. Future courses could be delivered in person or online.
